Etching Gases
Among the etching gases, we produce and sell Monofluoromethane(CH3F), Hexafluorobutadiene(C4F6), and Difluoromethane(CH2F2), which have precise etching capabilities, and we intend to provide various etching solutions in the future.
Precursors
Based on continuous R&D on new specialized materials for next-generation processes, we produce and sell precursors that are the optimal solution for DRAM charge storage and microcircuit implementation.
