Business Information
SK materials Inc. provides production, sales, and integrated operation services of core materials for semiconductors, displays, and solar cells, etc. which are growing in demand in the future IT industry such as IoT, Big Data, and autonomous vehicles.
Cleaning Gases
Since we succeeded in localizing nitrogen trifluoride (NF3) for the first time in Korea in 2001, we have been stably supplying the highest quality nitrogen trifluoride to our customers through independent technology development and preemptive investment.
Deposition Gases
Through continuous R&D and active market response strategies, we produce and sell various deposition gases which are core materials in semiconductor and display manufacturing processes.
Industrial Gases
Industrial gas is used in most industries and daily life, including petrochemicals, semiconductors, steel, medical care, and food.
We stably supply high-purity industrial gas produced through the Air Separate Unit to customers via on-site, pipe-line, and tank lorry methods.
Etching Gases
Among the etching gases, we produce and sell Monofluoromethane(CH3F), Hexafluorobutadiene(C4F6), and Difluoromethane(CH2F2), which have precise etching capabilities, and we intend to provide various etching solutions in the future.
Precursors
Based on continuous R&D on new specialized materials for next-generation processes, we produce and sell precursors that are the optimal solution for DRAM charge storage and microcircuit implementation.
High Performance Wet Chemicals
With the sophistication of semiconductor structures, the importance of high-performance wet chemicals that can selectively etch and clean various thin films is increasing.
In particular, as it is important to develop and stably supply products optimized for customers' process technology, we intend to provide various wet chemical solutions through gradual expansion of items.
Other High-purity Gases
We supply high value-added items that are increasing in demand due to the spread of semiconductor 3D NAND and microfabrication processes to customers through sourcing, refining, mixing, etc., as well as manufacturing and production.
Battery Materials
We will grow into a global battery material company through research, development, production, and sales of silicon anode materials for next-generation batteries, which have a larger charging capacity than existing anode materials and can improve charging speed.
Display Materials
Based on our innovative R&D capabilities, we are expanding beyond semiconductors to light-responsive displays and image sensor materials, advancing the cutting-edge future.
Photo Materials
Based on our cutting-edge R&D capabilities, we develop and supply materials necessary for lithography process of drawing semiconductor circuits, such as Photo Resist, BARC(Bottom Layer Anti-Reflection Coating), SOC(Spin-on-Carbon) hardmasks.
CO2 Capture
We capture CO2, the main cause of greenhouse gases emitted from petrochemical processes and reuse it as a useful product for mankind through refining and liquefaction processes.
